The PU210 is an encoder signal level converter from RS422 to HTL and reverse.  It provides potential separation between input and output (good flr long cable runs) and can provide an encoder rotation direction indicator

The new FM210 is a frequency multiplier / divider with frequency-accurate and pulse-consistent modulation. It can be viewed as an electronic gear with the transmission ratio between the primary and secondary being freely and independently configured quickly and inexpensively.  It is excellent for synchronization of drives and camera systems  It provides fast and stable frequency multiplication.
