The Company takes a hands on approach to working with customers. The Engineering staff at the Company have extensive experience with the products and applications, and often go on site to discuss the applications with the customer. Alternatively, applications are discussed via phone, fax, or email. Frequently, applications are tested at our location prior to recommendations being made, and in some cases, customers can try the products in their applications before making the final purchase. Through constant communication with the customer during the entire process, customer satisfaction is ensured. 

Connectric has traditionally adopted the marketing philosophy of representing a few select complementary lines in depth. In addition to stocking products, we offer a great deal of technical expertise to our customers. We work hard to maintain our excellent company image and high profile in our target industries. 

Our marketing efforts through both direct and indirect means are supported by an effective office staff, providing technical services, order entry, warehousing, shipping, tracing and accounting functions.
